REVIEW: Risky Business Series by Tiffany Snow **GIVEAWAY**

Sage Reese lives for her job. More precisely, she lives for her debonair boss, Parker Andersen. Sage handles everything for Parker, even as she fantasizes about the one thing that isn't in her job description: him. But when a high-stakes account crosses the line from shady to deadly, a tough cop starts giving Sage the attention she wishes Parker would . . .

Detective Dean Ryker couldn't be more different from Parker. While Parker wears expensive suits like a second skin and drives a BMW, Ryker's uniform is leather jackets and jeans . . . and his ride of choice is a Harley. While Parker's sexiness is a reserved, slow burn, Ryker is completely upfront about what-and who-he's after. And Sage tops his list.
Now, as Ryker digs deeper into the dark side of Parker's business, Sage finds herself caught between two men: the one she's always wanted-and the one who makes her feel wanted like never before . . .

I really enjoyed this read as it was fast paced, had mystery, intrigue and danger and of course, two hot hunky men!

My only niggly itch...I was a bit disappointed to see it was another threesome like her Kathleen Turner Series. Ms. Snow seems to have a formula for her stories: include a love triangle. I’m generally NOT a fan of love triangles but will always go in with an open mind and I must say that so far, Ms. Snow makes it work.

This story involves Sage Reese, secretary executive administrative assistant to her boss, Parker Anderson, sexy and sophisticated Investment Banker

and hot gun-toting Detective, Dean Ryker.

The upside, the story was different. Sage ends up smack dab in the middle of money laundering and the Russian mob. Sure, you have to suspend reality for a few things as you could pick apart the details but it makes for a good story. And Sage was at times silly in her actions but she was brave and her heart was in the right place. How she finds herself between two hot men who now despise each other is also slightly different

Needless to say, I was completely entertained, liking the characters, the story and like Sage, vacillating between both Ryker and Parker.

Although, by the end, I did make my choice and so did Sage. Or rather she was forced to make a choice although I'm not sure it was the right one. I don't think her heart is all in. Now I want to see how it unfolds!

Faced with a choice between bad-boy detective Dean Ryker and sexy power player Parker Anderson, Sage Reece fought the law--and the law won. But while Ryker's sizzling touch may rule her nights, Sage's days belong to Parker's cool, calculating intensity. . . .

Both Ryker and Parker are determined to protect Sage from a brutal enemy who'd use her to pay for their mistakes. Yet when the usually on-point Ryker is distracted by ghosts from his past, Parker seizes his opportunity to get Sage's attention--and keep it in ways beyond her wildest dreams.

Now, caught between a mobster out for revenge and two men who were once best friends, Sage must play to win--even if it means getting dirty. . .

photo playing dirty_zpszq1rek1p.jpgThe story picks up four months later. Sage is with Ryker and still working for Parker, although there is a distance between them. I really loved that the book started with Parker's POV. I hoped it would then be alternating POV's throughout but alas it then reverted and remained in Sage's POV to the end.

This one got messier with the three of them and I had my moments where I was ticked off at Sage. Yes, she was really confused because she truly does have feelings for both Parker and Ryker. But at times it felt like she also didn't want to give either of them up or be alone. And then there were moments where things would seem a certain way, which made it convenient to go to the other man. Where she could justify that it wasn't cheating or playing them both but for me, it technicality or not, it left an ugly sinking feeling in my stomach. I put this out there because for those who detest love triangles, this may not be your thing. My strong advice to Sage: you pick a man and barring death, you STICK with him!

The story continues with Sage in danger as she becomes the target of revenge. We also learn a bit more about Ryker's past as a cop and the story of how things went all wrong between Ryker and Parker. Again, this was a fast-paced and entertaining read and I'm looking forward to seeing where the three of them go from here.
